Massage Therapy is a step on your journey to recovery.

If you've "tried it all," give massage therapy a chance.  At the very least, most doctors agree that it couldn't hurt!

It is unrealistic to determine the amount of time for soft tissue to heal and remodel.  We will work together toward that goal.  I recommend that my clients have 3 sessions within 3-4 weeks to determine if treatment goals can be satisfactorily accomplished.
